Reserve a Property Online

With our reservation system you can now reserve any property that catches your eye right here, online. Everyone has gone through the frustration of looking at a property, only to find a short while later that someone has beaten you to it.

To reserve a property, we require a holding deposit of £ 200.00 per property. Any application is subject to references, contract and Landlord's approval. There is a fee of £35.25 including VAT per person, which is for taking out references. For further information and additional fees, please click here.

Once the above fee is cleared, we will cease advertising the property immediately and reserve the property for you whilst your application is processed.

To reserve a property:

• Click on the "Reserve Property" button on the details page of the property you would like us to reserve for you.
• Enter your contact and credit card details in the two following forms. Please note, that the property can not be reserved online without these details. Click on "Proceed" button to go to the next page.
• The following page will confirm the success of the transaction and provide you with a link to our application form. Your reservation will also be confirmed via email.
• Download a copy of our Application Form and send it to us via post or fax.
• We will contact you, hopefully within 48 hours, to confirm the success of your payment and references.
