   Whilst we do not have a financial services department within our company, we will be happy to recommend independent advisors to guide you through the various options available.
4. Refurbishment
   To attract quality tenants and minimise void periods, it is vital that properties are presented to a high standard. We will advise on, arrange and oversee any works required to bring the property to a standard suitable to rent on the Cambridge market.
5. Letting and Management
